Roll out and implementation

Whenever all relevant parties are involved right from the beginning the roll-out is much easier and the new way of working is much faster implemented and accepted.

  • Content:internal communication is more than an email to all announcing a new webshop. A combination of personal, visual and written communication need to thoroughly worked out to establish the necessary commitment among the purchasers.

  • Commitment: Intern kommunikation er mere end en email til alle indkøbere. En kombination af personlig, visuel og skriftlig kommunikation skal nøje udarbejdes for at skabe det nødvendige engagement blandt indkøberne.

  • Knowledge and understanding: we can't train every single employee in using the new system. However, with your help we find and train the key employees, who will participate in the roll-out and implementation of the new setup. These key employees are going to play an important role in regards to the degree of the future implementation in the various departments.
